Our focus is all about being the best we can be and achieving the best results we can for both the vehicle and the customers expectations.     Before Booking

    • Remove Personal Items: Ensure you remove all personal belongings, valuables  and loose items from the vehicle before the service begins. 
    • Disclose Known Issues: Inform the detailer of any known defects, weaknesses, or prior accident damage to the vehicle. This helps us provide the most appropriate service and avoids unexpected damage during the detailing process.

    During The Service

    • Visual Inspection: The Detailer will conduct a visual inspection to note any existing damage such as scratches or dents and take photographs  before starting the work. 
    • Power Access: The customer  will need access to an electrical outlet for equipment unless a different arrangement is agreed upon beforehand. 
    • Handling Special Paints: If your vehicle has been recently re-sprayed or has certain paintwork. inform the detailer of any worries you may have before work has commenced. 

    After The Service

    • Handover and Approval: Be present for the vehicle handover to inspect the work and voice any concerns. If you are unavailable, the service is considered complete, and the company is not liable for subsequent complaints.

    Other Conditions

    • Booking and Cancellation: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion this is NOT refundable so ensure you have correctly chosen the right date and time of the booking . 
    • Additional Charges: Be prepared for potential extra charges for issues not discussed at booking, such as excess pet hair.
